It sounds like you're trying to add a bank to your PayPal account, and you're not receiving the deposits to confirm it. I'm sorry to hear that. We do not have a list of what banks are not compatible with our system, but typically any brick and mortar bank will work. If the bank is not compatible, you will receive an error message when you first try to add the bank. On average, you should receive the two small deposits in three to five business days.
