Please tell me how much money do i need to have in my south- african bank to link to paypal?

Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum. There's no specific set amount you need to have in your bank account to link it to PayPal. However, you would need to have enough of a balance in your bank to fund whatever purchase you have planned. At the very least you need to have a positive balance in your bank for confirmation purposes.
