Deleted account

Hello community

my problem is that i deleted my old account and it was linked with my credit card but when i tried to link the card with my new account it tells me that the card linked with different account

Contact customer services to have the card reset to link with new account:

1. https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us
2. Click Account profile and set up     
3. Click Credit or debit card       
4. Click Add and confirm      
5. Click Message Us or Call Us after the “This information might help” box
