Error when trying to agree and link card so i can use my reward points to make purchases

I been trying to set up my credit card so I can use my rewards to make purchases, however when I click on agree and link I always get an error. I was able to in the past do it, not it won't let me. I tried on app, website on phone and computer, buy always get an error saying "something went wrong, we couldn't link (bank name) visa u.s. bank rewards"

Sorry to know that you're not able to link your card. Our Help center article has the information on why you are getting error while adding the card :

Unfortunately, there are some cards that are not compatible with PayPal, including most online cards. You can try adding the card again at a later date or try to link a new card.

I don't have issue linking card to PayPal. I can't link my rewards to PayPal so I could use the rewards for purchases instead. For instance, if I wanted to buy something for $30, but i have $10 in rewards because of my credit card rewards program, I would see an option for that $10 to use for purchase. This is possible because of linking rewards program to PayPal. My credit card is having issues linking rewards, therefore I'm not able to use my rewards, and this is the issue
