Can I link a card to my limited PayPal account to get my remaining balances it's been 180 days and PayPal will release the money but I didn't link any card before it get limited how can I withdraw my money please help me
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
