How can I link my bank account with PayPal in Ethiopia?

I am unable to find a means to link my bank account with PayPal. I am from Ethiopia. I couldn't find an option for linking with my bank account. What is the purpose of creating PayPal account in Ethiopia if I couldn't link it to my bank account in Ethiopia?

The option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Ethiopia.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive Paypal payments.
