How do I link my chase bank account?

How do I link a chase bank account?  It does not show up as one of the options to link my account, and it seems insane that the largest bank in the united states does not connect with paypal.  I can find no information about this anywhere so I feel like I am definitely missing something.

Try adding bank manually. Type “Chase” in the bank search bar then delete a couple of letters and a window will pop up to add bank manually.
