How to send money using my bank account

I am trying to send $ to someone using my bank account. When I go to the "payment" option it only lets me choose a debit card not withdraw from my bank account

Welcome to PayPal's Community Forum! I can certainly understand wanting to use your bank account. At this time, PayPal accounts in New Zealand can only use their PayPal balance or a card to send money. If you haven't already done so, I'd recommend linking your debit card instead. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
