I am not able to link my Indian bank account with PayPal account

Guys... I am not able to link my Indian Bank account (PNB)to paypal account. I have no other account on paypal and first time using this. My bank account is 2 month older. They are showing we can't link this account. And same issue with my brother account no. , When he tried to make same with his details

I do understand your concern with this. Based on what you have explained, it sounds like you are having issues with our internal secuirty system when trying to add your bank account. 

I would suggest you clear you cache and cookies, and try again in 72 hours. If you still experience the same issue, please contact our customer support directly. This can be done by clicking here.
