I can't add my westpac account to paypal

Can someone please tell me why I am unable to add my westpac account to paypal ! It says it's not the account number but it's right

If your bank account number is formatted like this: 12-1234-123456-012

The first two groups is bank and branch number (enter with dash or without dash ~ play around with that to see what works).

Account number will be the last two groups.

Basically, if your account number is 12-1234-0123456-000, you'd enter as bank number or code: "12-1234" (with or without dash), then the bank account number: "123456-00" (with or without dash, switch to see which one works). Some banks give you 3 digit suffix but use only the last two digits.

Try this and see if it lets you link it and check for two small deposits in your bank account.

I did that and it says it linked but then nothing happened no deposit just nothing

Sometimes it takes a couple of days to come through. If you solved the problem, write an update for other people who are having the same issue.
