I have added a new credit card to my account and then tried to "Confirm this card belongs to you", I got a message telling me my card was declined and that I should try with another one. But Paypal charged me and sent the code: PAYPAL *CODE (10 digits instead of 4)
Still, I cannot introduce the code in the website because the "Confirm this card belongs to you" keeps telling to make a charge to send the code.
Is there a way to enter the code in the website to verify my card, or is it Paypal going to return the charged amount?
