I cannot add my ING bank or type letters to add debit card

Hello. I cannot add my ING account for payment. 

After I finished all process, Paypal says "We're sorry. We are not able to process your request right now. This account needs a little help to link." 

That's it. It doesn't say what's wrong or what I need to do next. 

When I tried to buy something with Paypal, it asked my payment method. So I tried to add debit card, but I could only type digits. No letters. 
But ING debit number includes letters. I couldn't type it.  What should I do?

Is it a virtual / online account? If so then Paypal does not support virtual banks.
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
