I need help with linking Astropay with Paypal

Hello guys, I bought Astropay card with the sole purpose of using it for facebook ads. I'm shocked to find out that the card is not accepted. Rejection message is that the security code is Invalid. I've also realized that Astropay security code is 4 digits instead 3 digits that's found in Mastercard or Visa credit or debit cards. I've also been unable to link the card to my Paypal account. The message am getting is the same as facebook message: Invalid security code. Now am stuck. Anyone with a solution. Final note: I read several complaints on Play Store regarding Astropay. I don't know why I ignored the red alerts.

Astropay is like the Paysafecard. These types of virtual vouchers “cards” and are not compatible with PayPal. These “cards” are not backed by any brand of credit card or card network like Visa/MasterCard, AMEX or Discover.

It can only be used at certain retailers/gaming sites, etc.

Thanks for the response. I now get it. It would be great if they can clear state that fact on their website so that all the potential customers can make an informed decision. To make matters worse, the funds in the "card" cannot be withdrawn.
