I've registered my bank account but it's not coming up as an option when I want to 'transfer money'

I have registered my bank account on paypal, but when I go to transfer money, it keeps asking me to register a bank account although i have already done it and it is visible on the home screen. 

But I can't seem to find a way to transfer my money either as an instant or standard payment. 

Please help

Did you confirm the bank account after adding it?
