I want to ask why is paypal not accepting my junior revolut even though it accepted it before?

I understand your concern of not able to link Junior revolut account again. There are some cards and banks that are not compatible with PayPal system which includes most online or prepaid bank accounts. I recommend you to try to add a different bank account or card.
