My bank account is already linked to PayPal but I tried to transfer some money to it today. Paypal asks for my bank and then wants me to sign in and enter my PIN number. I don't have one. How can I transfer money to my linked bank account?
P.S. I am on Social Security and can't afford to "buy" text and data" from my carrier. You try living on $700 a month. That's why I had PayPal....I did surveys to make a few extra bucks and sold some of my genealogy books and items that I no longer need but hadn't done it for a few years because I had a two surgeries for cancer. I was just ready to start selling again but now i can't even do that or buy because ebay only allows payment by PayPal.
