I am trying to link my Capitec debit card to my PayPal Account, but it keeps telling me "incorrect card number". I have checked the number multiple times and am certain it is correct. I checked that I was using the same address my bank has. I've tried entering my address in different ways to see if that would help. I cleared my cached data and tried different browsers but nothing is working.
Please help because right now I am frustrated and out of ideas.
