Issue linking gcash master card to paypal

Hi, I tried to link my gcash mastercard to my Paypal account but encountered an error, please help. Please see image below

I am sorry to know that you are unable to link your Gcash card to your PayPal account. Please be advised while linking your Gcash to Paypal account your name, email address and your phone number should match the details on your PayPal account. If it differs, you will not be able to link your Gcash to your PayPal account. If all the details matches and still your card is getting declined, you need to call Gcash customer care to get this fixed.
