Sorry to hear that you're not able to link your card in your PayPal account. The 4-digit code is is generated when you link and confirm your credit or debit card and it usually takes 2-3 business days to find the code in your card statement. If you do not see the code after the time frame, please reach out to your card issuer or try to get the code for the second time.
