Money Banks & Cards page is displaying "That page can't be found."

When I visit the Money, Banks & Cards page, it displays "That page can't be found." I've tried in 3 different browsers on 2 computers on 2 different days. This is not a new or infrequently used account. Here's what I see:

I have the same problem.

I added a new home & business address. Before I can remove the old address, it tells me, "Before you delete this address, go to the My Money tab in Settings and remove it from your cards." There is no such tab, but I clicked the link. There is a "Money, banks and cards" option on the left. When I click it, I get this:

I have the same problem - has been the case for over a week now.

Have been having the same problem for many days, but only in one of my two Paypal Business accounts. Today I found a direct link to get to the page where you can manage automatic payments, which is what I needed to do (why I was trying to go through "Money, banks and cards")

If you also have a Business account (might work for a Personal account too, I wouldn't know0, try this link to manage the funding source auto-payments
