I received a payment for a service I provided. When I tried to transfer the money to my bank account there is a message that says, “this bank needs a little more help to link it.” I have removed my bank info from my other account to ensure that the account was not attached to too many accounts. I still am unable to link my bank in order to retrieve my payment. I am in need of some help please.

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
