My debit card keeps getting declined

I had my debit card on my main account and i wanted to buy a product off my store but i couldnt do that because i couldnt pay myself so i created a new account linked my debit card to that account and bought the item from my store and when i tried to connect my debit card to my original account it started getting declined

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while adding a card. Please be advised that sometimes, our security program considers a variety of factors at each transaction/activity to keep you safe. Any activity of adding a card/bank can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity or not safe for your account in the future. In this case, you can try again at a later time by clearing cache and cookies or try using a different browser or device. If the issue persists, please check your Resolution Center to see if you have received any notifications about your account status or unresolved steps or you may even try to add a different funding source to see if that works.

- iNo longer have access to the phone number used for 2 factor authentication: cannot login in Managing Account Archives
- I keep getting decline notices over and over again, ALL DAY 3 days in a row in Managing Account Archives
- my PayPal account closed by PayPal system in Managing Account Archives
- Verify account in Managing Account Archives
- i can't link credit card in Wallet Archives
