Novo Bank Won't Link

Trying to connect Novo Bank. Gives me an error message saying contact Customer Service, though customer service gives me stock messages and no help. I've tried by selecting Novo Bank off of the Bank List, and have tried by using both the routing and account number; neither has worked. Any suggestions or magic to be worked?

I've been trying all week to instantly add funds to my Novo debit card, nada. Able to link debit card but can't add funds.
