Has anyone had any luck adding an OnlyOne Visa Gift Card to their PayPal account? Even PayPal customer service chat is not helpful! I e linked the card, PayPal took $2 from my bank account to verify my bank account too.. I’ve tried everything?

Register your card to check your balance/recent transactions for the 4-digit PayPal code to confirm your card:

https://only1visagiftcard.com.au

Remember to keep your card in safe place (like a receipts shoe box) in case of refunds and write down and keep in safe place your card number, exp date and CVV2 as well in case you lose physical card.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Hello @Melanie_27

Welcome to PayPal Community Forum! Appreciate your help @sharpiemarker.

I appreciate you taking the time to post your question here in our community. I understand that you're trying to add a prepaid gift card to your PayPal account. If you have a Visa or Mastercard Gift card, the best way to go about your purchase would be to add your prepaid gift cards to your PayPal wallet during checkout as you add a new debit or credit card and choose a prepaid card that has enough balance to cover the total amount to pay. Before you proceed, make sure the merchant accepts PayPal.

If you are making a payment through PayPal guest check out, just enter the card information as you normally do with a debit or credit card during checkout. For the billing address, you can enter your home or shipping address. You may proceed with the payment, if there is enough balance to cover the total amount in the prepaid gift card.

Sometimes, you might run into an error trying to add a gift card to your PayPal account as a payment method because gift cards lack personal identifiers, unlike traditionally issued cards. If you run into this kind of trouble, register your gift card, there should be instructions on the card that will direct you to a website for registration. If the issue still persist, it is possible that the card you're trying to add is not compatible for use with PayPal.

Good Luck,
Ayesha
