Paypal will not link my account to my bank

Hello,
I am in France and have my account in France as well. Whenever I try to link my account to my bank(both through the bank app or using IBAN) I get the following message:
We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.
This has been going on for a while now. Does anyone have a solution?

Thank you for joining the Community and making your first post in the Forum! I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering difficulty adding a bank to your PayPal account.
There are a number of things to check.
- Please make sure that your name matches precisely in the records of your PayPal account and your bank.
- Ensure that the bank is only to be linked to one PayPal account.
- If the account has been linked three times in the past, to any PayPal account, then it will not be able to be added.
- If the bank is or has been linked to an account that has a limitation, that may cause the issue.
- The bank may not be compatible for use with PayPal. This includes but is not limited to prepaid or virtual banks.
- If you're confirming the account, the deposit amounts may be incorrect. Adding deposit amounts incorrectly 3 times will result in the bank being locked, which can only be resolved by a Customer Service representative.
If you've ruled out those things, you can contact Customer Service for further assistance. You can see your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. Alternatively, you can reach out by DM on Instagram or Twitter, or PM on Facebook.
