Receiving payment

Hello, I would like to link my Payoneer to my PayPal account to get paid through Payoneer, if anyone knows how to do it, please help me out.

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

Thanks for the reply, but my Payoneer was linked to my old/deleted PayPal account as I open a new one(PayPal account), wanna link it again.

As I said you can sometimes link it but at some point it will cease to work and you risk losing funds.
