Still cannot link Chase bank account to Paypal

So many other people have reported issues linking Chase accounts with Paypal. I've had the same issue for months.

 

It's not included in the list of banks you can add, so I always try adding it manually by typing in the routing and account numbers. Every time I do (and it's been months of clearing caches, coming back later, etc.), I get the same error message: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

 

I've seen in other posts moderators saying that this issue has been elevated, but again, it's been months, and it's still a huge issue. It is now September.

 

We're just asking for the most basic functionality: connect Paypal to our bank accounts.
