The link to confirm my American express card doesn't show up. Whenever I click Verify my Card it just direct me to the Link a card or bank page. There's no link to confirm my card with the 4 digit code. I hope this makes sense.

AMEX is not available in all locations, and this may be the reason why you are unable to use this funding source for confirmation purposes. Please add, and confirm a Visa card to your PayPal account.
