Hi community,

I've been using Paypal for a couple of years to make my international transaction, and I've never faced such an issue.

I've been trying to link my new debit cards from my 2 different banks to my Paypal account, one of the debit cards is Rupay while the other is Visa Platinum. 
I unlink my card once my payment is made since I do not make frequent payments through Paypal. Now the two cards I mentioned before I'm trying to link them again and I face the warning message stating "We couldn't confirm your information
Your card is still linked to your PayPal account, but you can't use it for purchases until you confirm that you're the owner. Try confirming again or contact the card issuer." after entering the CSV for my Visa platinum card, the Rupay card Paypal doesn't even accept it. 

Now this is troublesome since I need to make important payments in the upcoming days.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to link your cards with your PayPal account. I recommend you to check your PayPal account if the cards are still linked. If yes, please remove your cards and try again linking them. You may also check with your card issuer if they are declining your card. Here are possible reasons why you failed to add your debit or credit card.
