Unable to link US bank account

I’ve tried entering my US bank account multiple times to add PayPal funds but it tells me I have the wrong info despite it being 100% correct. I’ve waited a few days to let it clear and try again, nope same outcome. What’s the issue and how do I fix it?

Have you had a failed bank transfer OR negative balance recently?

Does the name on your bank account match the name on your paypal account?

Are you adding a bricks / mortar bank account and not a digital / virtual one?

Have you got as far as confirming it?

Have you got it added to any other paypal account (or have had)?

I’m adding a brick and mortar account. I’ve had no issues and the name matches up. The furthest I’ve gotten is just trying to log into the account on PayPal.
