Verifying my account

I have verified my account, and now I am trying to send funds to my bank in South Africa. I am unable to link my bank, as my bank gives the error saying "account is unverified". From PayPal's side, I am 100% verified. How to I link my bank and transfer the funds?

You verify by adding and confirming a card to your paypal account.

Scroll right down to nearly the bottom of the below link, and read the section titled ''If you have a Paypal account in South Africa''.

Hi there, thank you so much for the links and the reply. I have had a look at it all. 

Yip, my bank card is already linked to my profile. Everything on Paypal's side looks 100% in order. I am verified. It is just when I try to connect with the bank that it says my PayPal account is unverified. Any advice? I assume it is an error?

Think it has to be a credit visa in your country to verify.
