When linking a bank account I'm presented with error message.

When linking a bank account, I'm constantly presented with the error message: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

This is the only account/card I've been attempting to link with my paypal account. I've tried numerous times just to end up with the same error message over and over again.

Me too. I have used this bank/debit card for 9 years. Have NEVER had an issue. Now I cannot link my bank so I cannot use my card to make paypal credit or pay in 4 payments. I also now have to pay a fee to send someone money from this card. Nobody can give me a solution to resolve this on their end.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to link your bank account/card. There are some cards/bank accounts that aren't compatible for use with PayPal. This may include most online or virtual cards. Please try clearing cache/cookies and also try using a different browser or device to see if this works. If the issue persists, please try to add a different bank account/ card or reach out to our team through the available contact options at the bottom of PayPal page for additional assistance.
