When linking a bank account I'm presented with error message.

When linking a bank account, I'm constantly presented with the error message: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."
This is the only account/card I've been attempting to link with my paypal account. I've tried numerous times just to end up with the same error message over and over again.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to link your bank account/card. There are some cards/bank accounts that aren't compatible for use with PayPal. This may include most online or virtual cards. Please try clearing cache/cookies and also try using a different browser or device to see if this works. If the issue persists, please try to add a different bank account/ card or reach out to our team through the available contact options at the bottom of PayPal page for additional assistance.
