Why is ebay mastercard not showing up on main page?

I have been having issues with ebay mastercard not showing linked rewards on ebay and the person as mastercard said I can go to paypal and use that link to sync for rewards

I called paypal directly and they do not seem to know why the ebay mastercard is not showing properly like the paypal mastercard on the main page.. it just shows up as a regular linked card that i can use to purchase..

How do I redeem my Reward Points for my eBay Extras Mastercard?

To redeem your Reward Points:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click eBay Mastercard and you will be transferred to the Synchrony Bank servicing site.
3. Click  Rewards & Offers.
4. Select the Category you want to explore for reward redemption.

Note: You can only access the rewards options once you have made a purchase, earned points and received a billing statement.

But this link is missing, how to get this fixed???
