Whyy visa card appears in gray colour?

I created PayPal account 5 days ago and confirmed my visa although it appears in gray colour and I can't use it.

Does it have available funds to allow for the confirmation process?

Is it a virtual / digital card?

Does the billing address of the card match the address on your paypal account?

Is the card in date?

Is the card issued in your own country and in your name?
