I am a foreigner living in South Korea (so I have an alien registration card). So when I try to link a bank account (korean bank) to withdraw my funds, it requires an id number. It seems that only korean id numbers are accepted. It doesn't recognize my alien registration number as an id. So unless a staff from paypal helps me set up my korean bank account, I don't think I can do it myself. Any help?
