adding Citibank doesn't work well with PayPal now? , keep giving me error message

hello everyone, I have linked my Citibank business account to PayPal, I went to my bank account, and it shows PayPal being connected. but I still see that PayPal keeps asking me to connect my bank account, I am using Chrome on windows PC, I am located in the US

Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum. Sorry to hear there's some confusion regarding your bank being linked to PayPal. When you go to your Wallet, do you see your bank added? If not, you may still need to add it on PayPal's side. Here's a Help Center article to guide you through Adding your bank.

Hi , I have done that multiple times , my Citibank shows in my wallet , but I still can't move forward then initial account setup procedure , because it keep showing that there is a problem , I have reviewed my Citibank , it already shows that PayPal is connected. at this point I don't know what to do
