Hello @mohanadkassem, Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

To add a bank account to your PayPal account:

1. Go to Wallet.
2. Click Link a bank account
3. Enter your information and click Continue.

To add a bank account on the PayPal app:​

1. Tap Wallet.
2. Tap + across from Banks and cards.
3. Tap Banks.
4. ​Log in to your online banking and link your account instantly.
   Or add your bank manually.

After adding a bank account to your PayPal account, you'll be asked to confirm it. 

If you encounter issues when adding your bank account:

• Make sure the bank account you are trying to add is not linked to another PayPal account.
• Delete cache and cookies from the browser and/or try a different browser.
• Make sure you enter the account number without spacing.

Dear Moderator,

when i follow the steps that you mentioned.....the only option i am given is "LINK A BANK IN THE USA".....and  i am asked to provide the "ROUTING NUMBER"  which is valid only for banks inside the USA.

How can i link a bank outside of the USA?

I sincerely apologize for the confusion here @mohanadkassem. It looks like you're located in Egypt, please know that you can only link a US bank account to withdraw funds or locally issued card as a funding source. Unfortunately, the option to link a bank account is currently not applicable in your country.

I just have one more question if I may....If I link a Card to my PayPal, will I be able to withdraw funds from PayPal smoothly, given that I am located in Egypt?

You're welcome @mohanadkassem. If you have registered your PayPal in Egypt then, you have to link only Visa card issued locally to withdraw funds. Please note that only US bank accounts and Visa cards (issued in Egypt) are supported by the PayPal system to transfer funds. Good luck!
