payment issues on installment with German bank account

I want to buy something on installments, I have added my bank account already and have been using it since long time, yet while paying with installment my bank option doesnt show up also I have tried using credit card and it again asks me for IBAN and when I provide one it says unble to use it..I have a german bank account.thanks

Sorry to hear about the issue you're facing while making payments using PayPal. To provide one of the safest online payment services our internal security system reviews every transaction before it's approved. It possible that our security system is not allowing your bank account to fund this payment. I recommend you to try again at a later date by clearing your cache and cookies from your internet browser or try to use a different internet browser/device. If the issue persists, please try to complete the payment using different payment method.
