Yesterday I tried linking my Capital One account through paypal. I logged in, asked for CapitalOne to text me my security code, and once I recieved it, I entered the code exactly, waited for it to verify, and yet I still ended up receiving the Incorrect Information error message. I have checked multiple times that my information is correct, and when I tried using the "two small deposits" but those never went through. I have no idea why I cant verify this account, and there is no other way I know of to link my CapitalOne account to my PayPal account
