"We added your new payment method, but can’t use it right now"

I receive "We added your new payment method, but can’t use it right now. To continue, choose or add another way to pay." and I have tried all my credit cards. How to solve this problem?

Thanks for sharing your concerns regarding being unable to use a card to process a payment. I'm sure that would be frustrating and confusing to find and I'm sorry! It sounds like the card you are wanting to use is not eligible for the payment you are trying to make or send. Additionally, PayPal's risk system will block specific actions to certain funding sources depending on what is flagged when reviewing the transaction data. Temporarily blocking a funding source from completing a payment is one of the precautions PayPal takes to keep payments secure and regulated. I suggest using a different funding source or not completing the payment. If you feel this is a card you should be able to utilize for this payment, please get in direct contact with customer support. This can be done by reviewing our Contact page at the bottom of the PayPal website. You'll scroll down on the next page and select from the available options at that time.
