why can I not link my Bank of America Business Account to my PayPal

Hey guys,

So I have had my PayPal business account since 2017 as well as my BofA business account for the same time. I have been trying to link up my BofA and it keeps telling me " Sorry , we are unable to link that bank account because its disabled , please try another bank ". When I called PayPal customer service , they just said , that if I tried to link up that account more than 3 times , they would disable it. I don't remember trying more than 3 times when setting this up, but how would get this fixed ? I'm currently using my personal bank account as a middle man to be able to withdraw funds. then from my personal to my business account.

Don't think you can add a local bank account in your country.

If not then you would only be able to add a U.S bank account (Paypal allows this as they are a U.S company, but it has to be one opened on U.S soil by folks like expats). Also you can't use virtual/digital banks like Payoneer.
