Hey everyone,

 

I want to add a my VISA GOLD card to PayPal.
I bought a virtual VISA GOLD card and I want to my account to connect to this card.
When I try to do this, it says:

 

your card has been declined.
please try a different payment method.

I tried 2-3 card already.

Yes, 

 

but other 2 card were actual debit ones, not digital.

Hello @TemoKoguashvili, I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues adding your card to your PayPal account. As kernowlass stated, you're normally not able to add a virtual card or one issued online. Even if the other 2 cards were actual debit cards from a brick and mortar bank, you still would normally not be able to add a virtual card.

@TemoKoguashvili, I can certainly understand your concern transferring funds out of PayPal. After a bit of research, it looks like you may want to try adding and confirming a US bank. If you haven't confirmed one of your cards yet, you want to try that as well. If you still don't see any options when you go to transfer funds after that, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
