2 small deposits for bank confirmation - did not happen

When I tried to link my bank account to my paypal account, paypal stated that they will send 2 small deposits (less than 50cents each) to my bank account to confirm before they would allow me to transfer funds from my paypal to my bank. After 2-3 days, paypal sends me an email to say that the bank account number is invalid and that there is a bank error (but the reason was not indicated by Paypal). I contacted Paypal Singapore and they said that I should reach out to my local Bank as they rejected it. When I called my Bank, they said that they did not receive any deposit from Paypal!!!
So I chose another account - just in case - and still, after 2-3 days, I received the same email from Paypal saying the bank account is invalid and yet the Bank said they STILL DID NOT RECEIVE anything from Paypal so they can't reject anything!
So for the 3rd time, I called the call center. I confirmed that the account number I provided, in both times, is correct with Paypal and the Bank. The call agent reinstated the bank account into my Paypal but again, I have to wait for 2-3 days for the 2 small deposits. I asked how different would this be from the previous 2? The agent was patient with me and said that she will check with the IT team to see if there were technical issues.
Now, I await for Paypal's response next week. I dread to receive the same email that the bank account is invalid with "blank" reason. I dread to be asked by paypal to talk to the bank. And I dread that the bank tells me, AGAIN, that they did not receive anything from Paypal so there is nothing to reject!
WISH ME LUCK! Meanwhile, my funds are stucked with Paypal. Yes, it is just hundreds. But if there are thousands having this issue with funds getting stuck with this "2 small deposit issue" for weeks - the amount can easily go up to millions. Nice way to manage trade working capital! Kudos.

You need to allow 5-7 business days for the deposits to show in a bank account in your country as per link.

Sorry but while your links provide information, it does not address the issue I am highlighting. Paypal is saying that the bank account is invalid without a reason - within 2-3 days of me linking. The bank is open in Singapore (CHECK). The name of the bank account match the paypal account (CHECK). The bank account can't be linked to more than account (CHECK - this is the first time i am linking an bank account to Paypal). The bank account linked to 3 paypal account in the past (CHECK - like i said, first time). The bank account is already active (CHECK - its not active, I have not establish a link!!!)
I appreciate you taking time to respond and provide links but honestly, not really addressing my concerns. Oh yes, another issue of Paypal holding back funds? They hold back a portion of my proceed and they will only release after 21 days unless confirmed by buyer. I confirmed with buyer that he replied to paypal and you know what's worst? I used paypal to buy stuff all the time! and NEVER DID PAYPAL ASKED ME to confirm if I receive what I bought!! Never ever! so why is Paypal asking me now?

Maybe you have never bought from a new seller? I have and been asked by the seller to confirm receipt to release their funds more quickly as they did not send trackable.
I know you don't like links but its the only information i can provide, if its not enough then you need to contact customer services.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
