Hi, the problem I'm having is that when I'm on my wallet it says ‘Accept mandate’ on top of the usual bank card I use for PayPal, I tried to send money from that card and my other one to my balance to fix it but it didn't work. I'm pretty sure my email said that I can still withdraw money to the card but I can't use it to send money. I'm just looking to see if this is true and if there's a way to fix my card thank you.

A direct debit mandate is required in the UK for any bank account you have linked to your paypal account.
That mandate has to be in place to 'fund' any purchases you may make from that bank account.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
