Adding bank account to Paypal account profile.

Hallo

Am trying to add my bank account to the Paypal account unsuccessfully. The Wallet menu has only LINK CARD.Kindly help

You cannot link bank account on the Wallet page then. Instead you can link your PayPal account directly to Equity Bank or M-pesa:

I have managed to link to M-Pesa.
Before trying to link bank account, I had my debit card linked. While trying to resolve adding an account, I removed the Card may be to allow linking of account. But linking account wasn't possible. So, I'm deciding to return the Card but Paypal declines with " Your Card was declined.Please try a different Payment Method".
With that error Now let me ask:

1. You can't link more tan one payment method? in this case will be M-Pesa and Card.
2. If you remove card, you cannot re-add it again?

There is the Paypal menu as below which indicates Paypal account setup Incomplete 3/5. Since I've linked M-Pesa just in case more than one method isn't allowed, why shouldn't he system update me 5/5?
