Bitcoin transfer to external wallet stuck in loop

I purchased well over the minimum amount of bitcoin (> 0.001) with a debit card. On my computer it gives me the repeated message thatI don't have enough crypto to transfer and that I need to buy more. On the app it gets stuck in a different loop. It asks me what crypto I want to send, I click "bitcoin", and then I type my wallet address as the recipient. After clicking my wallet address it sends me back to selecting which crypto I want to send - then back to selecting the wallet address, and so on and on. It does not say the bitcoin funds are locked or anything. In fact it says it's available to send. I've done this several times and have had no issues and it looks like a serious bug.
