Can't add my Revolut card

I added my Revolut bank account without any problem but the moment I try to add the card linked to that bank account, it says there's a problem and I can't link it. I've read a blog and it says there are four possible reasons for this problem:

• You have entered a different billing address for your PayPal account than the one on your card statement.
• Your card is linked to another PayPal account.
• Your credit card or your company card did not accept the $1.00 authorization sent by PayPal when you attempted to add the card.
• You linked your card to your PayPal account but entered the card security code (CSC) incorrectly three times.

As far as I know, I've only linked this card once in my previous PayPal account (I had to close it due that I moved to another country, from Spain to Ireland) but I closed it today and I receive the email confirming that it's close. I can't understand what's going on here. If there's anybody that can help me I would be very grateful.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to link your card. It usually takes 24 hours for the system to update the changes and if you have closed your account and trying to add the card on the same day, please wait for 24 hours and try again. If the issue persists, please reach out to our team through the available contact options on our website.

@Lenabarredo Unfortunately, there are some banks that aren't compatible for use with PayPal. This may include most online or prepaid ones. You can find the possible reasons for the bank decline here : Why can't I link a bank account to my PayPal account
