Can't cash in on gcash

Hello! Can anyone help me? I've been trying to cash in on my cash gcash through payoal but it jeeps on sending me this message, “ Sorry, your cash in via Paypal cannot be processed due to a Paypal system error. Please try again after a few hours.” Please help. Thanks!

Yeah, sorry to hear that you are having troubles with gcash. It is rather regular here. Just hang on there. You'll eventually get there. It might take a while, it might require a lot of chatting with customer service and it might drive you nuts, but in the end everything is going to be fine. After all, it is PayPal. Usually, in my case at least, the issue resolved itself over time. I was unable to do it and then one day I was. Poof, like magic! Awesome, I know!

Clear app cache. Restart the GCash App. Ensure that your GCash App is updated.

@jan_ama Any update about your concern? I've been encountering the same problem for a week now.  I've been trying to cash in through Gcash since last week. But the message kept saying " Sorry, your cash in via Paypal cannot be processed due to a Paypal system error. Please try again for a few hours."

Hi Keytie! Like what ShaqOatmeal told me, it got fixed by itself. I tried to cash in the next day after I received that error. Around the early evening of the next day, to be exact.
