Can't confirm bank account

I can't confirm my bank account. It was confirmed once and I had to reverse a change so I have to do it again but it won't let me. It only asks me to give it a nickname but doesn't give me anywhere to complete that either, and nowhere to confirm it, I end up having to (x) out of it.

Remove and re-add it?

However if you mean you had a failed bank transfer then paypal may have removed the option for you to use your bank account to prevent it happening again. They want you to use the safer (for them) option of a card.
