Can't connect N26 account

Hi!

I have this strange thing where I can't connect my N26 account to my wallet. It keeps giving me the following error:

Translated:

Our apologies. We cannot process your request at this time.

Not connected:

N26
Please check your credentials and try again.

I have been trying to do this for a while now but it keeps giving me the error! It doesn't matter which approach (SMS or app) I use. I see the accounts(3) on the PayPal screen, so the connection was successful.

The N26 hasn't been used at PayPal before and the accounts don't have a negative balance.

How can I connect my N26? I know others who managed it, so it could work.

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

@kernowlass Strange, since maybe people I know use it and PayPal offers it in their own system. I don't mind being responsible for it. I believe this goes without saying for most things.

Do you have any source for this? I can't find it in the normal documentation.

You may be able to add a card but not a bank account, if you can link it then it may not work properly.

You may well know 'lots' that use it but equally on this forum and confirmed by paypal if its an online / virtual bank then not compatible.
